Lara offers one-on-one guided sessions for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and healing. In these sessions, we work with expanded states of awareness through breath, reflection, and embodied practices to support insight, integration, and personal growth.
This process can help explore past experiences, clarify present questions, and connect with a deeper sense of direction and future possibility.
Cannabis-assisted breathwork is a guided, experiential practice that combines intentional breathing with the mindful use of cannabis in a structured, supportive setting. The breath helps shift awareness out of habitual thinking patterns and into a more embodied, felt sense of experience. When used intentionally, cannabis can soften mental rigidity, increase sensory awareness, and support a deeper connection to inner experience.
Through specific breathing rhythms, participants may encounter emotional material, physical sensations, memories, or insights in a new way. The combination of breath and altered awareness can create space for reflection, perspective, and a more compassionate relationship with oneself.
This approach is not about forcing breakthroughs, but about creating conditions where the body and psyche can express what is ready to emerge. Many people find it supports self-understanding, emotional processing, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves.
