Why I Do This Work

As someone originally from Ireland, my personal healing journey began early, through meditation and a curiosity about altered states of consciousness. Those experiences opened the door to deep inner work and sparked a desire to explore healing beyond conventional psychological frameworks.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to integrating evidence-informed psychology and neuroscience with contemplative, somatic, and transpersonal approaches that support meaningful growth and transformation.

What I offer today is rooted in both lived experience and professional training. I’ve seen how accessing deeper states of awareness—through breath, reflection, and embodied practices—can create lasting shifts in how people relate to themselves and others. My work supports clients in developing a more compassionate, connected relationship with themselves, which naturally ripples outward into their relationships, families, and communities.

This work is more than a career for me. It is a commitment to creating spaces where people can meet themselves more fully, with care and curiosity, and experience the kind of healing that supports both personal and relational change.
